80cc big block scooter, stamped and registered as a 50cc in Gainesville, FL

I bought this scooter brand new from New Scooters 4 Less three years ago. The drive belt has been replaced in the last year, and I just got the scooter back from having a complete motor rebuild. Essentially, this is a brand new scooter. It was sold to me as a 50cc, and is registered as a 50cc. This means that if you buy it you do not need to have insurance on it, nor do you need to have a motorcycle license to operate it. The top and bottom ends of the motor have been replaced (this week), along with the cylinder piston rings, the crank bearings, the starter, and drain plug. The motor is in the process of being broken in now, and would make a perfect vehicle for a student in Gainesville. This scooter is incredibly fast.
